> `Simba` names the model family, not the brand. Model ids: `simba-3.2` (English, recommended) and `simba-3.0` (English, German, Spanish, French, Italian and Portuguese; the default). `simba-english` and `simba-multilingual` are retired: a new workspace that sends either gets `400 model_retired`. `SimbaVoice` / `simbavoice.ai` are retired.

# Enterprise SSO

> Set up enterprise SAML or OIDC single sign-on for a Speechify workspace through the WorkOS Admin Portal. Owners and admins connect an identity provider once; members then sign in with their work email.

## Overview

Enterprise SSO lets your team sign in to the [Speechify Console](https://platform.speechify.ai/) with your own identity provider (IdP) - Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, or any SAML 2.0 / OIDC provider - instead of a separate password. Access is centralized in your IdP: when you deprovision a user there, they lose access to Speechify.

SSO is scoped to a **workspace**. Connecting an IdP applies to that workspace's members; your other workspaces are unaffected.

> **Note**
>
> Enterprise SSO is available on the **Enterprise** plan. [Contact sales](https://speechify.com/contact/) to enable it for your workspace.

## Prerequisites

* The workspace is on a plan that includes enterprise SSO.
* You are a workspace **owner** or **admin** (only these roles can manage SSO).
* You can configure your identity provider (or work with whoever administers it).

## Connect your identity provider

Speechify uses the WorkOS Admin Portal for IdP setup, so there is no per-connection engineering on either side.

Enterprise SSO is configured in the console (Settings → Workspace → Enterprise SSO → Set up SSO), which opens a WorkOS Admin Portal session. There is no public API endpoint for connecting an identity provider - the setup is console-only and cannot be scripted.

## How your team signs in

Once the connection is active, members sign in from the standard Speechify login:

1. Go to [platform.speechify.ai](https://platform.speechify.ai/).
2. Enter your **work email**. Speechify recognizes your verified domain and redirects you to your identity provider.
3. Authenticate with your IdP. You land back in the workspace.

No separate "Sign in with SSO" button is needed - the email domain routes the sign-in automatically.

## Roles

SSO governs **who can sign in**, not what they can do. Workspace roles (owner, admin, member) and their permissions remain managed in Speechify. A member signing in through SSO for the first time joins the workspace with the default member role; owners and admins adjust roles under **Settings → Workspace → Members**.
